Wat Kasem Suttharam
วัดเกษมสุทธาราม · Also known as: Wat Tha Kham
Wat Kasem Suttharam, also known as Wat Tha Kham, began in 1941, when villagers of Ban Tha Kham, Ban Tha Ton Pho, Ban Wang Khun Dan and Ban Khlo La-om built a temporary shelter for monks.
Nai Ket Uamsiri and the temple committee invited Phra Athikan Chin Phutthasaro of Wat Tanot Luang to become abbot in 1944. Nai Ket, who owned the land, later transferred it to the temple in 1956.
The temple was officially recognised in 1957, and the gold-leaf and boundary-binding (phatthasima) ceremony was held in 1959. Wat Tha Kham School (Sathuean Rat Upatham) is nearby.
